Since I was a teenager, sport has played a vital part of my life. It taught me how to set my objectives and reach my goals. From the age of 15 I have focused my training on weights and physical strength. Each of my training sessions has been filled with great passion and motivation. Thanks to my hard work and determination, by the age of 24 I won several competitions in power lifting in Poland. Since then I knew that sport and fitness would influence my way of living. I have realized that any physical activitiy can be seen as a form of therapy for people to deal with their imperfections and everyday stresses.

I always dreamed about sharing my passion and experiences with others. In 2010, I gained professional qualification as a fitness personal trainer and nutrition consultant with one of the most prestigious firms in the UK - Premier Training International. I'm also a boxing trainer - I gained my qualifications with Fight-Fit Training and Development.

I advertised among my friends the benefits of changing lifestyle through exercises and healthy diet; hence people started calling me for my advice. I saw the impact my advice made on my friends: they become more fit, stronger and happier. This inspired me to set up Fitness2You to help other people reach their fitness goals and become happy.

I live in London. I'm based in Fulham and offer mobile personal training and group exercise around the whole city. My passion lies in training and helping people reach and exceed their fitness goals. I am committed to help others lead healthy lifestyle. I have achieved 100% client satisfaction and strive to maintain this level of quality.
